I too hold GNSPA and it had escaped my attention that there was action planned in Q1 2012 as you describe.
The info from Bradd must be a few weeks old as the notes have slipped a lot since then.
I guess looking at a chart of GNS is very scary.
I think GNSPA may start to recover once GNS finds a base.
I recently bought PXUPA after their plunge. They now seem to be slowly recovering.
However the hybrid market seems very easily spooked.
