    Hello I am new to this froum and I am just trying to determine whether in October 09 GNS will have to redeem FORESTS at face value (($100 cash) or deliver $102.50 of Gunn's shares?

    Assuming theye are still solvent do they have any other course of action?

    Any comments appreciated.
