    your last question is interesting. What exactly is a "successful re-offer"? One would assume any re-offer would be close to Step Up rate anyway. And would have to be at a rate that would attract most of noteholders. I cannot see there being instos who accept a re-offer and retail investors who do not. Still waiting for investor relations
