Regarding the requirement for Gunns to notify shareholders of non-payment of a distribution:

I see no such requirement in the pds but I would have thought it common courtesy for an announcement to be made.
I have queried the status of the distribution by email to the company but have received no response. Redfrog also seems to have done so and also has not posted anything in this regard.

See my posts above with extracts from the pds for detail of requirements. I have noted that the company has 20 business days from 14th October to announce and pay the distribution before the restrictive clauses kick in. Maybe the board is playing for time. Perhaps you could make a direct query with the company and if successful post a note for the other viewers of this board. It seems crazy that an important question such as this, has gone unanswered for such a long time.
