    "FINANCING. The company?s primary debt facility matures in January 2012. The company is progressing a number of asset sale processes to significantly reduce core debt levels prior to this refinancing.

    The status of the FORESTS note issue is currently under review. Further guidance in respect of the FORESTS note will be provided as the asset sale and restructuring transactions are progressed".

    As somebody said previously "Its all about timing".If they get their new associates on board I think Gunns will be careful to discharge their responsibilities ethically.
