I was invested in TLT and IFN and both are now lost to larger entities it seems.

This leaves GNX as the only pure green/renewable energy play on the ASX with a good history/growth trend.

So, does this leave them open to a takeover?
Or are they not worthy?
If so/not, then why?

I know they are small/young compared to the other players but I'm asking people here who may have been investing longer than I have and know more about takeovers and their likely occurrence than what I do.

It would make sense to me that with GNX history, assets, and if FC occurs then their proven track record of accomplishing goals, they will be an easy acquisition for someone looking to increase their footprint in this sector within Australia.

Personally, I hope management and the board fight any potential takeover bid until the full value of assets is realised. This being K2H in operation for a few years so cash flows from the asset are stable, and our portfolio expanded with K3W and other wind farms and batteries being online. Essentially, I wouldn't want us taken over until our MC is greater than $1B. My view only...
