Takeover or not, if someone just on the market offers enough I would choose to sell. Today.
Guess what price id vote to accept the takeover at...?
But yes it wont be all (or even) my choice if its take over.
BUT
I really can't see the companies major shareholders being less invested in the companies future and accepting take over bid that I would vote against.
So from my POV I don't care.
AND I also expect a takeover player would wait and see.
