My view is that KS2 makes more sense to us if we were also operating the PHS, a KS2 would prvide the oomph without tramsiion loss to fill the PHS during the day to have another full crack at the evening peak. being able to generate hard into the morning peak knowing the solar would refill it during the day was the win for the PHS.
At soem point EA may want to buy the output of KS2 and we would then build it.
My view is that KS2 makes more sense to us if we were also...
