That is surprising. I do not know why he is leaving NematiQ but I speculate, that it has something to do with the progress of the commercialization (slow) and with the plan, to find global partners which support the market entry of the graphene membranes. Maybe CNQ is forming a JV like Go2Lithium or selling 50% of Nematiq to a global player in order to accelerate the commercialization? Maybe David did not like these plans?
I assume we will have more clarity when the partner(s) is/are announced.
