LithiumBank has announced that it has entered into an option agreement for its Saskatchewan properties and received a C$8M non-refundable deposit. The optionee may exercise one or more of the Options by paying the applicable purchase price as set out in the option agreement, less the deposit, to the Company at any time until March 31, 2024, upon which time the Options shall automatically terminate.

The main reason for my confidence is, that Lithium Bank has "invested over 2 years and $1M [CAD] in search of efficient and high performing DLE technology" and they have tested "numerous DLE technologies with Hatch". They finally chose Go2Lithium cDLE Technology (powered by CNQ). I think this is a strong indication that the technology works and is superior to other DLE solutions.
