Most times large brokers/ institutions will sell a stock on good news
Y is cel not higher because its a speculative stock with no permits or jv partner, but hey wen we do where do u think the sp will be shorty, or have u lost all your money so u can't gamble on shares anymore, cause it is a gamble yes ???
