    What does this EPA delay mean for MMN? Can they actually go ahead and start producing silver powder pending the EPA approval? The way I see it, MMN managers should know by now whether there are going to be any EPA problems.

    2 months is an awfully long time for equipment to remain idle and workers to be sitting around.

    What alternate activities could MacMin personnel be doing while waiting for approval?
