    From an infrastructure, production status and resource footprint perspective, COK is a prime takeover target. It happens one of it's major holders has an insatiable appetite in coking coal.

    None of the other junior is at this stage of development (by at least 3-4 years). Not EOC, SMR, CLR by a long shot.

    SK is up to something, IMO (being elbowed by POSCO).

    The company is already probably including associates 40% owned by the Koreans.

    They will take the next few months to mop up and make a formal bid.

    Once the market comes to the realization, the buying will start and the SP will rise no matter how hard it's suppressed.

    Meanwhile, only the COK board and inner circles knows what's going on. I take what was said by COK's top honcho after the ASX release with a grain of salt. The selling started for a good week before the announcement.
