You are probably right regarding 12 months before anything seriously upward, but I hope not. I have made the mistake of hanging on in the belief that it would have gone over to NASDAQ by now.
It does appear to me as though there is some dedicated, although intermittent, capping going on. For example, this arvo there was a large ask at 230 cents just before close, it was hit for only 200 shares in the last minute before extra time, and has since disappeared. The question is, if it is going on, who is doing it?
