My expectations based on previous statements is that NASDAQ listing will be calendar 2008 but since it takes several months to organise including delisting from ASX, the process will likely commence late this year and be complete by mid 2008. So yes I am running off our financial year. It really just depends on CS and their M&A timetable. They play hardball so any offer they make (using their money to the tune of 90%) for an appropriate company to boost forward earnings in the short term is going to Scrooge-like.
