I've also heard tell that the company verbally stated at the time that it couldn't release supporting documentation to the claim in the ASX announcement because it was 'commercial in confidence'.
Seems strange that something so critical to the entry of CMQ into the US market has been kept under wraps whilst refered to in an official announcement?
