    Ummm, if they sold the debtor AFTER they had signed a commitment to 12 months of payments and called that revenue / deferred revenue / cash flow that may be common.

    However, could you please point to even one other company on the ASX that accounts for revenue from prospective customers that hadn't yet agreed to proceed with the service?
