Not the HY, however we did see the 06/2017 accounts. What didn't show was any restricted cash. Mate, a company putting up cash security for a simple rental bond will typically show that as restricted cash!
I guess we'll have to wait and see what they need to restate. IMO movements too and from the restricted cash should have been disclosed under potentially "investing cash flows" in the 4Cs so I don't in fact accept even them as correctly reflecting cash flow tbh.
Whatever the outcome, there's no way of escaping that the company was having holders believe it had $30M of available cash when it didn't.
