In my humble opinion, I believe that instead of shooting each other down on HC, all CCC shareholders could send a email to DT or JB or Both and put forward the questions that they would like immediate responses to: eg

- clear statement on the issue of consolidation
- clear statement on any need or NOT for capital raising
- Update on Penumbra financing deal as it stands now
- Penumbra start up date
- Reserves and resource estimate update
- Increase in rail allocations update

and if there is

- Something totally unexpected

then what form is that looking like taking.
