    I could be on the negative side here (surprise surprise)

    They hold four licenses and have to give up half.

    I suppose that is what im asking.

    Say they have (blue sky 6bt) and it is 1.5bt in each license does that mean they have to give up 3bt resource?

    I am happy if that is the result but just curious?
