    BTW, the reason the FCP guy is on the board is to look after Scanlon's interests in the company after the Baker debacle....he was bought in by one or two of the other major shareholders. There is no Asian strategy. Wildash is totally alergic to investing capital in Asia. However, it appears that he's happy enough to provide consulting services into Asia..... for a fee....
