    the buying was very strange ....very round big parcels...to think back selling was same, so yeah it looked some priced manipulation going on....recently though there was a mix...:-) i am so close to b in black on this one now!
    .:-)....hopefuly it will b days rather than weeks for us to know what's up with our refinancing...
