A blocking stake? They have conditional rights over 14.95% (which will with out doubt will be subject to a "no superior offer clause") and therefore i would not consider this a blocking stake as the shares will move to any higher/superior offer - rather it is an indication that the assets are in play - as there are willing sellers (at the right price).
Who are the other bidders exactly? Clearly with out inside information - no one could know this until they make a formal offer (remember this is only one day old) so my comments stand that it is un-realistic to blanket rule out other bidders.
