The value is in FL's 400k tonnes pa at 6g/t for 7 yrs and open. You can sell the plant for what you pay in scrip for 100% of Dio ie $49mill and you play around with the exploation ground to your hearts desire without spending much on drilling till the gold price gets a wriggle on. As for other bids, la mancha will have to be there...they won't get a go at assets as cheap as this for a long long time.
