    Problem is, if you were AVO, why would you increase the ratio? You've already convinced two major shareholders to sell at the current ratio, there are unlikely to be other bidders ... so you just dig your heels in and wait for everyone to capitulate. The DIO board will need to pull something out of their hat to convince AVO to deal.
