It is clear they are prioritising the "liquidity needs" of large shareholders, in large part, because a corporate transaction will result in them getting their "performance shares."
But if a EGM is called and an independent director is appointed, they will at least need to weigh the reputational risks (against their own personal gain) when deciding the best path forward. None of them will enjoy the prospect of being dismissed in disgrace, or for uncomfortable truths about the rapid demise of FFX to come to light.
So, please, donate if you can. It's really not fair that a few people have to do all the work and cover the legal fees.

I Agree but I am having trouble doing it with my credit card.

I have attempted a dozen times using both Chrome & Firefox on 2 different devices.

Dont know what the issue is because the webpage just freezes up after I click DONATE and gives no answer at all.

I am currently overseas but I have selected both Australia and here but it makes no difference.

I did read there was issues on the other thread but I am now at a loss.

Any ideas?
