    I think you'll find that if you wait until the process plays out and wraps up, then the best outcome will be realised. Pursuing whatever is you're trying to do and think you'll achieve will be a waste of your time, $$ and anyone else that you rope in.

    If still not happy at the end of the day, sure go ahead and proceed with litigation etc. i'm sure you'll find others more willing to pool resources then too
