Diligas what I dont understand is PLW was purchased off Wiltshire in 2010, now Wiltshire is shutting up shop. How is this possible considering PLW is not his it is the property of GCN shareholders.

From the 2011 annual report...
"On 1 July 2010, intangible assets of $4,662,823 were recognised as a result of merging the business
of Cashmere Media Pty Ltd and PLW Entertainment Ltd. The merger was satisfied by the issue of
248,680,000 ordinary shares at an issue price of $0.02 each and 20,000,000 options granted."
If PLW was not to exist in the future shouldnt we see a massive write down of the intangibles ?
