my friend who tipped me this at 5.5 cents just keeps barking "BUY" he has a stack and just spoke to him then. He's waiting for sellers to accumulate at 15 and 15.5 so he can buy even more at a real cheap price by taking out both lines. Not sure those sellers will come though.
