AMP have taken a 15% stake In Record Investments.
On the company itself a first instalment of 1.00 per partly paid share and a final instalment expected to be between 0.90c and 1.10c based on a total indicative price range of 1.90 to 2.10 per share it is due to be paid on the 31st of January 2001 unless the board defers the payment by two months but no later than the 30th of June 2002. The final instalment will not exceed $1.10c.
Record Ivestments invests in the financial services industry with emphasis on securitisation leasing and funds management.
