If your relying on the advantage of supply chain I'd get out now....those in the know would argue what supply chain.

Woolworths and Harvey Norman - the closest thing they have in common is one is a very solid retailer that attempts to keep with the times with an excellent management structure and solid return for shareholders and the other use to be retailer....

Harvey norman continuing on the same current path - same management, same business model/structure, old uncentralised business processes will die a very slow death til someone either buys them out or Gerry and is family decide to get out and let someone else runit...well Gerry will tell you he isn't going anywhere ....or his wife
