    Yes, no entirely sure myself..that's why I'm surprised the price didn't plunge today. I've no interest in HVN directly but could be enticed into some SFIW's at the right price.....That said, a lot of Australians (myself included) have held back on upgrades and replacements of major appliances. I've got a nice 50" Samsung plasma that's almost 5 years old....still works well but slow...and no 3D for example - wouldn't mind a bigger better one. And a large, but old, freezer in the laundry room that I suspect won't last another year....compressor makes funny noises but still chills well...
    Anyway, I feel, and have read, that people have held off for quite a while now...cars, houses, furniture, appliances....and they may start replacing en-masse. There is a very good chance they will move when some confidence returns to the world economy.....and in my mind....that is looking like happening soonish.
