Totally agree. You need to be tough, smart and very dynamic to survive the appliance industry. The ability to measure and analyze the sales result to a granular level and strategically plan and move quickly is vital. There is huge potential but the current business model appears too clunky and I question if franchise operations are really the most efficient and profitable distribution network.
Potential but I have no confidence in management especially after the recent announcement which they would have known for some time.
