exactly.....gerry doesn't get the new retail paradigm that we're in of online retail...
HVN only launched their online sales website i think November last year...and Gerry is only targeting it to eventually provide under 2% of total sales.......
Also have a look at their website at the bottom.....there is small print there which says that it is owned by a separate company and is a seperate franchisee to harvey norman! he didnt' even leave the website as a company owned store..!
