Maybe if Mr Frydenburg doesn't understand the banking and finance sector - and particularly where banks source the funds they lend - he should simply ask one of his many Ministerial colleagues who are former executives and lobbyists for the sector. Or, just maybe, he shouldn't be Treasurer if all he can do is play to the peanut gallery.
