perhaps the litigation funders appeal in the High Court is more of a worry than some Manganese project in Indonesia. If they get a $9M award that will put a large hole in CHM cash. As for Grimaldi - I wrote that out of the equation ages ago - if it happens wonderful but probably years away.
I would have been more impressed with a domestic gold play. the Chinese are all over the place looking for good gold plays in Australia and if you followed the Norton Goldfields recent play are prepared to pay good premiums.
