    Is pan still drilling & surveying the area?
    Number of miners shut down their operations but only the smart ones done it on time. There are prons & cons offcourse to each decision and consequences afterwards. Nothing lasts forever and this down term will be over however not yet. Therefore pick patiently the discounted /clerance price.
