If you're into your charting, that's a strong bullish sign!!
Personally I'm no chartist, so I can't tell you what the target is. Personally, I never find anyone getting it right within any specified time period either. But one thing is clear, this is a technical breakout and it carries momentum.
Wish I joined you guys in June when I first looked at PEN. Have to put up with only being here 4 days, but 4 good days so far!
