just got back from the game...
congrats saints...
but the umpiring in particular from one umpire (No 3) was attrocious....
he was the only one who paid holding the ball when a player was held over the ball and a pile on occured all night .....
the other umpires balled it up....
he was also the one with the interpretation of the free kicks in the ruck infringements who paid them all night....
2 marks clearly to the saints were not paid in the forward fifty.....
bad umpiring from the one umpire all night for both sides!
their interpretation and bad positioning is a blight on the game....
the crows can recover....
2 bad dicipline errors from thompson of the crows in our forward fifty cost as well as the missed goals we should have kicked.....
a good exciting game though....
