I suspect the FEED study won't be released until March 2024 (end Q1), particularly with BML's track record and Xmas break/new years delaying things. If SP has a rally leading into it (which it tends to do leading into any decent announcements), it might be the time for them to pull the CR, particularly as they have stated this they are "sufficiently funded up until the completion of the optimisation workstreams" (aka circa ~3m) - 3rd Oct 2023 release.
Cash will be getting concerningly low by that stage, and then it will be a bit of a "what now?" scenario while they look to secure finance towards mid-2024. I'm not expecting much in terms of news flow until then.
Of course, they could also pull a blinder and release the FEED on January 1, but history tends to repeat itself.
