No, IMO, its a disaster. Why didn't they get it underwritten in the first place?

And if all the top SH had subscribed then they would not need nearly $2m of underwriting now, would they?

I have to draw the conclusion that a fair amount of the big end of town had not committed as at last Friday. Now why would they play that game?

The will need a pump so the underwriters are not called upon, or if they are so they can get out real fast. I see the SP going back to 14c or maybe less, if the underwriters get a load of shares.
