ASX has disclosure requirements so an inflated subscriptions figure for FoxTel would be material to both NewsCorp and Telstra JV partners.
There should be a full investigation into this and if the subscription figures for FoxTel are found to be inflated, heads should roll, Vicki Brady, Mullen, and Michael Ackland should all go at least,
