    Well said Dino, everything is falling into place. If anything now is the time to top at these prices, if you don't have enough stock already. I am sure by the end of the year the price will North of here.

    Good luck to those that want out now and hold on for those of us staying hold on for the ride.

    I just wish I had gotten in a little earlier.
