Just as you can't sue someone for passing the Flu virus on to you, there are no grounds either for suing someone for "infecting' you with something else. No one can say a form of travel is 100% safe and virus free...to do that would be just as stupid as insisting on all travelers be inoculated. People will still come down with colds after sitting next to someone with a sniffle if they are susceptible.

These airlines that are going over the top with rules are just trying to lure customers through a form of marketing. The leprechaun is trying to do the same...trying to paint Qantas as a some sort of Corporate leading light.

If Joyce is dopey enough to insist on any passenger proving they have been inoculated before stepping on to a Qantas jet he will only do the reverse and push customers away...I am sure Virgin is looking forward to his silly idea being implemented.
