QaNats cannot continue trading if it is unable to pay its debts, that is the law, it is not a matter of avoiding insolvency if they want to, they have to be able to prove they are trading with full solvency, being able to pay its debt like the $2.5 billion repayment, the $1 billion fine and of course losing the slots to the other airlines and having the Qatar ban revoked would basically make Qantas a dicey proporisition,
