thx mrspec . Property just defies logic , still. But I thought it was overvalued 15 years ago !! Mortgage stress - lots of talk/ media about it but that ‘cliff’ everyone thought was coming - hasn’t so far . So who knows !!employment is still strong , shortage of labour etc - maybe that needs to change fir mortgage stress to really kick in? Maybe all the upcoming immigration may help change that
