Yeah you'd think so...but who knows with our Govt these days.
there was an Aviation ' Green paper' released a couple of weeks ago and the QAN foreign ownership 'cap' is up for debate....so potentially...there could be news in next few months on that...and would probably be pretty +ve for QAN if the 'cap' is actually removed.
Of course...maybe QAN is trading $3 or whatever by the time they do it....but just worth knowing as not many in the market seem to have noticed that release/green paper...
As said before...i am totally UNBIASED...and actually love shorting than buying...as things move quicker !....but just trying to share/help.
