So I would assume (not an expert)
1.XRO can flip onto NASDAQ - whereby shares outstanding on ASX will convert to NASDAQ shares, ASX ticker will no longer trade, and as part of the process for a listing on NASDAQ I believe there will be some share dilution due to capital raise for the NASDAQ listing process (bringing in more USA investors)
Or
What BHP did was they duel listed (both in ASX and NYSE) - this is a more expensive option though as you have double reporting overhead
