very good commentary plough... precisely what i have been thinking as i watched every one of his moves. I had some initial doubt in the low teens and 20's when there were a lot of options converting. But in retrospect am happy to pay the price.
One other thing you forgot to mention.
Bill is also relatively young... in some respects just the start of his career.
