I cannot find a reference to Go Zhongshe Ltd on an ASIC search, yet the PDF invites people to subscribe for shares.

Is a company with the title 'Go Zhongshe Ltd' under the control of ASIC when it comes to raising money by the issuing of shares?

Maybe I am not searching ASIC's pages correctly.
